I simply can't believe my ears. Ian Duncan Davies is considering taking the benefit of those rioters who received a non custodial sentence. Whilst i whole heartedly disagree with the rioters, what will they do to live............ COMMIT MORE CRIME!!!
Where is the sense in this? Is he blind to reality?
