We are seeking an outstanding communicator with excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate, deliver and develop our range of training programmes for practitioners and volunteers working in the criminal justice field with ex-offenders, prisoners, and children and families affected by crime.
You will be an experienced trainer, with a sound understanding of the sector, a passion for social justice, and a natural flair for developing people and working across teams and projects.
You will help us build our team of in-house and associate trainers, to deliver an innovative range of programmes, including our Kids VIP practitioner training, the JustPeople Criminal Justice Volunteering initiative, Basic Caring Communities Community Chaplaincy scheme, and the Integrated Family Support programme for offenders’ families. This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
