
It’s proven and accepted that employment deters people from committing crime, therefore it logically leads us to the conclusion that by employing more ex-offenders we can reduce crime levels.
The first problem is in getting employers to include ex-offenders into their recruitment processes, rather than excluding them on pricipal.
We want employers in London that ARE prepared to employ ex offenders to join us in reducing crime in London. It can be done, but you need to take action, so come on and get in contact if you want to be on the crest of this wave !
